Family Barrantes operates La Perla Del Cafe Micromill since 2000, In early 2010 Don Carlos wanted to step up and focus on quality over quantity which explains the limited current production of about 300 bags a year. Also, explains why Don Carlos works with the exact same group of 45 pickers every season as they have overtime establisheda meticulous work practices.
