Available Info About the Farm:
Las Lajas is one of the few Organic-Certified Micromills in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. Owned and operated by the third generation of coffee farmers, Chacon’s Family, Francisca Chacón believes in the preservation of the environment hence their organic practices, water use is minimal and only Honeys (produced in a very different ways than other farms) and Natural processed coffees are produced.
